1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the phsabong Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phsabong Platform and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of phsabong following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phsabong, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phsabong Platform or any affiliated gaming service.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on phsabong, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) phsabong account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not register using a false identity, an alias, or the identity of another person.
• phsabong reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that cannot be verified to phsabong's satisfaction may be suspended or permanently closed, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending resolution.
• phsabong reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

By registering an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phsabong account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. phsabong accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your phsabong account, regardless of your relationship with that person.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your phsabong account and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• You must notify phsabong immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• phsabong will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

phsabong will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phsabong that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phsabong Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• phsabong accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods as listed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• phsabong does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. phsabong reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. phsabong aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours on business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• phsabong reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

phsabong offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phsabong reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• phsabong reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional gamblers, syndicates, and individuals betting in a coordinated manner to exploit promotional offers are not eligible.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phsabong Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any other time, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or fraudulent payment method.
• Money Laundering: Using the phsabong Platform to launder money or to facilitate any transaction that is illegal under Philippine law or international anti-money laundering regulations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider. phsabong reserves the right to pursue recovery of any funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the phsabong Platform — including but not limited to the phsabong name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phsabong or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from phsabong.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content on the Platform.
• Use any phsabong trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of phsabong's intellectual property may result in legal action. phsabong actively monitors for infringement and will enforce its rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phsabong's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your phsabong account at the time the claim arises.

phsabong shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond phsabong's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The phsabong Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phsabong makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10 Responsible Gaming

phsabong is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: The phsabong Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. phsabong employs robust age verification measures and will immediately suspend any account found to belong to a person under the minimum age.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, deposit limits can be decreased immediately but increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders to help manage the amount of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Termination & Account Closure

Either you or phsabong may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Closure by You: You may request account closure at any time by contacting phsabong's customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Accounts with active bonuses subject to wagering requirements may have those bonuses forfeited upon closure.

Suspension or Closure by phsabong: phsabong reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• phsabong has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• You have engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• phsabong is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, phsabong reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, phsabong may forfeit the account balance in accordance with applicable law.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and phsabong, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phsabong is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phsabong from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
